Terms & Conditions

The booking terms that apply when you stay with Coastal Mile Motel.

Bookings & Deposits

A security deposit of $200 is charged by credit card on arrival and refunded within 7 days, subject to a standard room inspection. Rates quoted on this site are current as of June 2026 and should be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard, with a surcharge of 1.65% + $0.30 per transaction. We do not accept American Express.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Reception is open 9:00am to 7:30pm daily. Guests arriving outside these hours should call (07) 5576 3211 in advance to arrange access.

Cancellations

Standard direct bookings carry flexible cancellation terms — contact us for current notice periods. Non-refundable rate bookings are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

House Rules

All rooms are non-smoking. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Children aged 6 and above are charged at the adult rate; cots and extra beds are not available. One parking permit is issued per room, subject to availability.

Accessibility

Coastal Mile Motel is a two-storey property with no lift. Ground-floor triple rooms may be available on request, subject to availability. Please call (07) 5576 3211 before booking to discuss any accessibility needs.

Liability

Coastal Mile Motel is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings on the premises to the extent permitted by law. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their room or motel property during their stay.
